Currently the assistant coach of the Big South Champion Radford women's soccer team, Davis has an abundance of club and collegiate coaching experience across the midwest and up and down the east coast.

For over a decade, he has guided young players through every age and stage of development, teaching the technical and tactical sides of the game while cultivating each athlete's psychosocial growth. He has worked at every capacity within a club, from staff coach to board member, and has a passion for growing the game from the ground up.

At the collegiate level, he has recruited and trained title-winning athletes to play against the best sides in the nation. He has in-depth knowledge of the full player pathway, from recreational all the way up to the professional level.

Davis holds a B.S. in exercise science from Ball State University and earned his Master of Arts in Sport Coaching through the University of Denver. Fox maintains his USSF C License and his United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma as well as being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA.

When he is not on the field coaching or recruiting, he is probably watching a Chelsea FC match or hiking with his dog, Ridge.
